Come hear from Roy, Emmet and Dakota (Team RED) about what it takes to capture this imagery, and how work like theirs supports local conservation efforts.Doors open at 5:30 pm. Enjoy local wine and light hors d'oeuvres and mingle with Land Conservancy staff and board members before the event. At 6 pm enjoy a seated presentation from Roy and his team, discussing his background in wildlife photography – including tracking and iconic photography of mountain lion P-22 in Los Angeles. The presentation will include lots of behind-the-scenes anecdotes and conclude with an exclusive screening of Flight Feathers – a short film by Emmet Arries which follows the story of a red-tailed hawk chick after he is taken from his nest in the talons of a bald eagle (13m).Stay after the presentation for a Q&A with the photographers and Land Conservancy staff.
