Prana is our chi or life force energy and it is fueled by the natural elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether.  The sun or sol strengthens our prana and fortifies the natural life around us.  Take a week to connect with the rhythms of the natural elements and vibe with the tides.  Reconnect with yourself, connect with new friends and the simple barefoot pleasures this beautiful life has to offer.

Tucked in the calm, lush Nicaraguan tropical paradise is Villa Playa Maderas, a gathering of several unique private villas.  30m above the Pacific Ocean and Playa Maderas Bay enjoy vast ocean views & sunsets, immersed in the magic of the jungle.  Each 2-3 bedroom villa has private ensuite bathrooms, enjoys ocean views from the outdoor decks and overlooks, private pool and lots of nooks to relax and sandy paths and stairs leading to the sea.  We will occupy several villas and yogis can enjoy all of the pools and common spaces, with meals served at one central villa location.

Join Chelsea Winters for a seven day, six night women’s yoga retreat of intentional connection, healing and transformation.  Enjoy twice daily yoga, meditation and breathwork practices in the fresh ocean air shalas, along with additional curated ceremonies and workshops including a heart opening cacao ceremony, breath workshop, acupuncture and energy healing workshops with Mandy Collier, journaling, self inquiry, and exploration.   Healthy, homemade, delicious local chef curated meals.  Soak up beach life with a group excursion hike to Cristo de la Misericordia with amazing views, then plenty of time to explore nearby San Juan del Sur, shop, dine and play!  1 optional group surf lesson included in the retreat, no experience necessary!  Seva experience to give back to the local community, and an intentional farewell bonfire.

Enjoy quiet moments on Maderas beach, relax by one of the several pools, nap in a hammock, rent a surfboard for the week or enjoy additional surf lessons.  Lots of nearby places to explore, with opportunities to connect and play, or plenty of time to reset and just be.  Recharge your prana life force, soak in the sol and return to your true essence!

All yoga levels are welcome & no surf experience necessary.

VILLA SUITE PRICING:
Each villa suite is unique and individualized with a private bath.   Each villa has 1-3 bedrooms, kitchen, indoor and outdoor living spaces & pool with amazing beach views.  All pools and living spaces are “common space” for the retreat, with access to multiple pools and relaxation corners.

-private suite (1 bed):  $3,100 per person 
-double occupancy suite (2 beds): $2,100 per person 
-shared occupancy suites (2 suites total, 1 bath): jack & jill shared full bath with 1-2 beds in 1st suite & 1-3 beds in 2nd suite- perfect for several friends traveling together, or yoginis looking for a more affordable option: $1,900 per person in shared suite with shared bath; $2,900 per person in a single suite with shared bath 

RETREAT INCLUDES:
-7 days, 6 nights accommodation in a beautiful Villa Playa Madera suite overlooking the Pacific Ocean
-Twice daily yoga, breathwork & meditation classes with Chelsea on the open-air, oceanside yoga shalas 
-Three healthy, mostly vegetarian, homemade local chef-inspired prepared meals daily- can accommodate vegan and gluten-free, with some local seafood options 
-1 group Surf Lesson with board rental (optional)
-Intentional Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony
