- **Event Description**: The Almaden Valley Ward (church group), of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, invites neighbors, families and friends to join us for weekly worship and faith-based activities. Sunday Worship Services are at 10am Gospel Study classes for adults, youth children are at 11am (You can stay for one or both of these meetings) Location: 6625 Camden Ave, San Jose 95120, free parking Attire: Generally, men wear suits/ties and women wear dresses. But please feel free wearing what you are most comfortable in. Everyone is welcomed! What to expect: The Sunday Worship Service is our main meeting where everyone gathers to worship, learn about and remember Jesus Christ. Services include congregation songs (hymns), opening/closing prayers by members and talks given by members and leaders. The most important part of this meeting is the sacrament, where we partake of bread and water (similar to communion) and reflect on Jesus and His sacrifice for us.
