- **Event Description**: Join us for a light walk through beautiful Sabana Park followed by great Italian food at Pasta Pronto Express y Catering at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, January 28. We'll saunter around the lakes and the numerous paved paths crisscrossing the park. We will meet near the stadium at the corner across from the Hilton Garden Inn and McDonalds at 10:30 am on Wednesday -- the northwest corner of the park. The anticipated walk time is 60-90 minutes, but of course you can walk less if you desire. Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while chatting with your new friends. Be sure to be on time since we start walking at 10:30 am! Please be sure to mark "Going" for this event so we know who will be walking. 

Following our stroll through the park, we will walk a couple of blocks to Pasta Pronto Express y Catering (https://pastapronto.cr/) at Calle 48 and Avenida 7 to enjoy fine Italian cuisine at 12;00 noon. Pasta Pronto has been voted the "Best Italian Restaurant in San José, Costa Rica" and eighth best restaurant overall by TripAdvisor. This fabulous little restaurant has amazing pasta dishes as well as fantastic drink selections. Try it, and it will become your favorite Italian place to dine! 

Feel free to join us for dining at noon even if you do not plan to walk in Sabana Park, but do let us know so we can get an accurate count and reserve seating. Molto bene!
