Our Junior Rangers at the Refuge program is perfect for your family! Join us each month as we explore the Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge through fun, educational activities.Join us for a special spooky season edition of our Junior Ranger Program! We'll be learning about what all the spookiest animals at the Refuge like to eat, then making a food web to explore how they're all connected! We'll also learn how our actions during fall and Halloween can make a big impact on Refuge wildlife. Costumes are encouraged!Our Junior Ranger program is perfect for families with elementary-aged children.Other Considerations:Please register each parent and child for their own ticket. This helps us know how many attendees to expect.Parent/Guardian must remain with child for entire program. Younger siblings are welcome!Driving Directions: We recommend using Google Maps to navigate to 1751 Grand Blvd, Alviso.Wear comfortable clothing, sun protection, and comfortable walking shoes. We also recommend bringing a filled reusable water bottle, and you are welcome to bring a lunch or snack.ADA-compliant parking spaces, trails, and restrooms/portable toilets are available on-site.With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in this part of the refuge.If you need any more accommodations, please don't hesitate to reach out to watershedwatchers@sfbayws.org.This program is brought to you by the (SFBayWS), the Friends group to the US Fish & Wildlife Service, with support from the (SCVURPPP).
