One way to help is by supporting wetlands and native plants! Join us to help maintain and improve habitat at the Environmental Education Center at the Don Edwards SF Bay NWR! Activities may include removing invasive plants or picking up litter. All gloves and tools will be provided, so just make sure to bring a can-do attitude.Please register and plan to arrive on time so we can check you in and sign waivers before we get started!Volunteers under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult. We are happy to sign off on volunteer hours.Other Considerations:We encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing, long pants, warm layers, sun protection, and sturdy closed-toe shoes - all that you don't mind getting a little dirty!Restrooms will be available on-site in the form of an ADA-compliant portable toilet and hand-washing station.Please bring a filled reusable water bottle to stay hydrated while reducing plastic pollution! We do not have working water fountains onsite.If you need any accommodations, please reach out to watershedwatchers@sfbayws.org.This program is brought to you by the  (SFBayWS), the nonprofit Friends group supporting the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, with support from the Santa Clara Valley Urban Runoff Pollution Prevention Program.
