🌸 Meet Your Teachers

Balazs Heller is a devoted Reiki Master, Spiritual Life Coach, and yoga teacher. Initiated into the traditional Usui Reiki lineage of Hawayo Takata in Dublin in 2009, he later received his 2nd and 3rd initiations in Malta, and was also initiated into the traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki lineage of Chujiro Hayashi. Since 2014, he has trained 1000+ Reiki practitioners across Malta, Luxembourg, Transylvania, Hungary, and New Zealand. A professional gymnast for 13 years, Balazs discovered the power of energy healing through his own physical training — today his mission is to help people heal themselves through yoga, Reiki, meditation & life coaching.

Susanna Heller is a Reiki Master who has practiced this healing art since childhood. She also works as a hormonal therapist, naturopath, and yoga teacher with over a decade of experience. Her warm, intuitive energy brings a deeper dimension to the Reiki experience for every student.

Together, Balazs and Susanna are parents to 4 children and share a deep passion for alternative healing, natural remedies, and aromatherapy with essential oils and running their 200-hour FitYoga Teacher Training around the world and they are managing their Danube Bend Forest Retreat in Hungary.
