5. ABOUT THE REIKI MASTER

Balazs Heller is a devoted Reiki Master, Spiritual Life Coach and yoga teacher giving regular Reiki courses, one to one Reiki healing sessions. Balazs was initiated in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage of Hawayo Takata ('westernized Reiki') in 2009 in Dublin and then he recieived the 2nd and 3rd initiation in Malta. Recently he was also initiated into the traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki of Chujiro Hayashi lineage.
Since 2014 he has initiated around 100 Reiki practitioners in Malta, Luxembourg, Transylvania, Hungary and New Zealand. Balazs was a professional gymnast for 13 years and throughout his physical training discovered the power of energy healing and spirituality. His main mission today is to teach people how to heal themselves through the power of Yoga, Reiki and Whole-food plant based nutrition and to create balance of Mind-Body-Spirit in each individual.
Balazs gives regular talks on Conscious Relationships, The Art of Self-Realization, Introduction to Yoga Philosophy, Conscious Living and teaching people to become certified multi-style yoga instructors, which he has developed in 2009. Susanna Heller is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, using Reiki since her childhood as a healing method. She is also working as a hormonal therapist, naturoptah and yoga teacher for more than a decade. Her beautiful healing energies will help you to have a deeper understanding on the power of Reiki and natural healing.
Balazs & Susanna have 4 children and they are passionate about alternative healing and natural remedies. They are also working with essential oils to support natural healing with aromatherapy.

9. REIKI LEVEL 1 DEGREE EXPLAINED

Your First Degree attunement is focused mainly on understanding and practicing the basic Reiki theory and become familiar with self-healing and a full-body Reiki treatment on others.
By participating on a Reiki Level 1 course you will be able to give Reiki treatment to yourself and others. After the initiation / attunement there is a 21 day cleansing period. During this time, you are encouraged to give yourself Reiki treatment every day, eat a healthy diet and practice the spiritual teachings of Mikao Usui. This 21-day will definitely bring personal changes and spiritual growth into your life. This is a very powerful and rewarding experience.

While almost everyone experiences relaxation and improvements of various kinds, healing results cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that if one has an illness or other medical or psychological condition that in addition to getting Reiki treatments, clients also consult a licensed physician or other licensed health care professional as Reiki works well in conjunction with all medical or psychological care.
