A functional, PT-informed class to build a resilient back and strong core.
This weekly drop-in is your smart reset for a stronger, happier back. We use functional, physical-therapy-inspired LYT Yoga® to realign posture, strengthen what supports you, and improve the way you move in daily life.
What we’ll do
- Re-stack posture (Triple-S: skull–scapulae–sacrum) to take load off the low back
- Activate deep core + glutes for stability that actually carries into walking/lifting/sitting
- Mobilize hips + thoracic spine for easier rotation and overhead reach
- Build smart strength with joint-friendly patterns (hinge, squat, carry, press)
- Use breath + vagus-nerve tools to downshift tension and help your back feel safe
Who it’s for
Desk-sitters, parents, weekend athletes, and/or anyone who experiences back pain on a regular basis and wants to build core strength and mobility as well as positively influence breathing and the nervous system without extremes.
This is a beginner's class. No experiences needed, but the curiosity to explore moving the body in a variety of ways.
