An end-of-year sound, cacao + writing circle
This slow, candlelit session blends nervous-system downshifting, gentle journaling, and a restorative sound bath. We’ll begin with breath and a brief body scan, share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao (or herbal alternative), and use simple writing prompts to acknowledge what’s complete and name what you want to carry into the new year. Then settle into a long sound journey with crystal bowls, chimes and soft drum, inviting deep rest and integration.
What to expect

No experience needed; come as you are.
Small group; plenty of space and props provided.
Please bring a notebook, pen, and cozy layers. A lidded mug is helpful for cacao.
Cacao considerations
We use a gentle serving. Choose less or opt for herbal tea if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, sensitive to caffeine/theobromine, have cardiac conditions, or take SSRIs/MAOIs. Always listen to your body.
