Personalized guidance will help you tailor your teaching style, voice, and approach.Attend and Assist in Your Mentor’s ClassesAttend at least one of your mentor’s classes each week and assist in one of their classes. This hands-on experience will enhance your teaching skills and provide insight into effective class management.Workshops and ClassesParticipate in a series of Advanced Teacher Training Workshops led by your Yoga Flow SF mentors.
