It confronts us with the familiar ways we tense our bodies to protect ourselves in service of a deeper surrender into the present and possibilities for the future. .Forgiveness is so rare that we often forget it as an option for ourselves. Yet in a world caught in polarization, resentment, and vindictiveness, we need this reminder more than ever: forgiveness is not betrayal of our pain, but a way to unburden the heart so it can breathe again.What If Forgiveness is a tender, experiential community workshop for anyone ready to soften, release, and re-open with the medicine of Forgiveness. Through guided somatic practices, gentle reflection, and relational exercises, we will explore what becomes possible when we meet the parts of ourselves that are ready to put down what they’ve been carrying.
