Night Sauna Garden + Cold Plunge: 7-9pm ($90 Full experience)

A day to decompress and rejuvenate mid-week. Each week, we will highlight incredible teachers, doctors, artists, and experts in the wellness & yoga worlds.

These Wednesdays are dedicated to restoring balance, strengthening your immune system, lowering stress, detoxifing, promoting recovery and health in every area of your life. Connect inwards, connect with community, and enjoy some herbal tea time.

7-9pm: Night Sauna Garden

Enjoy San Francisco's newest social spa, Alchemy Springs' Sauna garden. Our outdoor oasis features a large 40 person outdoor communal sauna with immersive sound and lights, cold plunges, fire pit, thermal benches and outdoor shower wall - designed by award winning architect, Olle Lundberg.

* As we're still in development, we have temporary changing rooms and lockers, and outdoor open-air showers only.

* Please bring your own towels, robe and sandals for this experience. We have a limited quantity for rent upon check in - subject to availability.

* Please note that Alchemy Springs enforces a clothing-required policy. All guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate swimsuits throughout their visit.
