The event will include mingling and a Q&A following the film. Felix and Jean-Pierre are San Francisco based filmmakers who have historically made sci-fi and fiction films. His film Peripheral—a two-year project with a 50-person crew—screened at the Bernal Hill Film Festival and Artists’ Television Access, winning Best Sound Design from Faba Films. The film opens with a choreographed fight staged at a real sideshow before 300 unsuspecting spectators, capturing the raw energy that defines his work. He is particularly interested in capturing San Francisco characters on screen.
