Led by Mallory Meeks, The Class invites you to move through strength, cardio, and breathwork while tapping into something deeper - feeling fully present in your body and letting go of what no longer serves you. Set in community and hosted by Love Story Yoga, this pop-up is an opportunity to sweat, reflect, connect, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more open than when you arrived.
