# Event Details - **Event Name**: Sound Bath + Connection Circle: Somatic Relaxation - **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 01 Oct, 2026 at 10:00 am – Thu, 01 Oct, 2026 at 11:30 am (-07:00) - **Event Description**: Connect, slow down, and unwind with a deeply grounding sound journey!About this EventA little bit community, a lot of vibrations & good energy!Sound healing is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience that uses organic sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation and overall well-being. As the sound waves move through the space and body, they can help quiet the mind, encourage the nervous system to slow down, and create space for rest and reflection. Sound can travel to places deep within us to move us in ways that nothing else has the same ability to.We’ll start with guided connection and optional sharing, then shift gears into an immersive sound bath with Jamie, drawing from her background in somatic and mind-body therapy, energy work, sound therapy, and holistic healing.Feel free to bring something you’re excited about—a creative project, artwork, business you’re building, book you’re reading, object you love, idea you’re exploring, poem or quote you read, a thought, or really anything meaningful to you or that you've been into—and, if you want, share it with the group.Don’t want to share? That's totally fine! You don’t have to bring anything. You don’t have to speak. You can simply listen, meet people, soak up the energy, and let yourself be part of the room and then relax into the sound portion. You can expect:• A grounding and immersive sound healing experience• Holistic, mind-body energy and concepts woven into the experience• A welcoming environment affirming to all• An easy, low-pressure connection circle with optional sharing• If you choose to bring anything that you'd like to display for others to graze or to handout, I will have a resource table out for everyone to useNo awkward forced interactions. Just humans, connection, intrige, sound, & a space to settle into yourself as you take a break from your day.Come if you are:• In need of a nervous-system reset• A lover of (or interested in) the power of sound• Looking for more meaningful community• Interested in integrative and alternative practices for healing• Someone who loves discovering what other people are passionate about• Building or learning something and want to share about it• New to the area• Or if you just have a free moment in your day and want to see what it's all about :)Our mind and body yearns for connection and intention - come as you are & just “be”.
