Skate Week San Francisco - Welcome to Alterna - Goth Skate

A roller skating rink at the Golden Gate Bridge, one of the most famous landmarks in the world? This is like a dream come true!!! From July 16 through July 20, Building 937 in San Francisco's Presidio will transformed into a fantastic roller disco, the Church of 8 Wheels Golden Gate.

Come join us Thursday July 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Church of 8 Wheels Golden Gate for a night of **dark and daring skating**. Embrace your inner goth and skate to your favorite spooky tunes under the disco ball. Whether you're a seasoned skater or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking for a unique and fun night out. Don't forget to dress in your best goth attire and get ready to glide through the night with fellow dark souls.

Skate Week is a 5 day celebration of roller skating and inline skating in the greatest city in the world – San Francisco!!! It celebrates 46 years since the birth of the Golden Gate Park Skate Patrol which was formed to keep roller skating from being banned in Golden Gate Park
