Our practice can train us to be steady and balanced even when things are chaotic. Practicing sitting and walking meditation together in silence we can recover the natural balance and ease that underlies the our changing inner and outer landscape. Instructions, short dharma talks and opportunities for questions will be included. Suitable for all meditators.Registration required. $30-$70 suggested donation. Instructions and link for Zoom participants will be in the confirmation and will also be sent again before the day of the reatreat.
