- **Event Name**: QUEERTOBERFEST!
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 11 Oct, 2026 at 04:00 pm – Sun, 11 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 pm
- **Event Description**: NOW THAT YOU’VE RECOVERED FROM FOLSOM: A small group of us regulars from the Hole in the Wall Saloon (calling ourselves “Hole in the Wallers”) cordially invite you to our 3rd Annual “Queertoberfest!”, a gay twist on Oktoberfest potluck event, on Sunday, October 11th which, coincidentally, is also designated across the land as National Coming Out Day!!!! So, pop by and stick around to hear some heartwarming—and hopefully hilarious— coming out stories. You may even have one of your own. It’ll be an open mic moment for all to share, listen, and maybe even laugh a little . We’re also gonna take a moment over the coming holiday weekend to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Italian Heritage Day (instead of Columbus Day) and, if we’re lucky, there just might be a couple of “drinking sailors” in the crowd after Fleet Week ends! All the shenanigans will happen from 4 — 8 p.m. mostly in the back patio area of the LONE STAR SALOON with free food and NO COVER! So, grab your lederhosen drag and meet us there! Paired potluck dishes and donations are welcome.
