Stewarded by dedicated volunteers from the California Native Plant Society, this site has been thoughtfully cultivated with climate-appropriate native plants that provide essential forage and habitat for a diverse range of native bee species and other pollinators.We’ll meet at the Glen Park Library. Our leads will offer a brief introduction to native pollinators, the importance of urban biodiversity, and how community-led efforts like Bernal Cut contribute to climate resilience. From there, we’ll take a guided walk through the garden to observe pollinators in action and learn how native plants support healthy ecosystems.This interactive event also connects to our broader tour experience:Bee Bingo: Continue your Bee Bingo journey by completing activities across tour stops for a chance to win a prize at the end of the seriesCommunity Science Bioblitz: Use iNaturalist to document bees and other pollinators during our guided observation activity.
