The afternoon will also honor the legacy of Pedrosos 's late teacher, Juan de Dios, founder of the famed Cuban dance company, Raíces Profundas, now celebrating its 50th anniversary.The afternoon will include a mix of Cuban Folkloric and popular dance performances and celebrate Rumba, the national dance of Cuba. RumabArenas Carnaval will also appear!   Plan to stay after for the dance party! All ticket sales go directly back into supporting the work of Arenas Dance Company. The afternoon is supported in part by Dance Mission Theater's Reparations Program.
