The Solar Plexus Chakra — Manipura — is the center of personal power, will, confidence, and self-worth. When balanced, we move through life with clarity, motivation, and a deep sense of purpose. When this energy is low or blocked, we may feel indecisive, self-doubting, or stuck in patterns of overdoing or people-pleasing.

This 2-hour workshop invites you to stoke your inner fire, clear emotional stagnation, and reignite your sense of direction — all through sacred movement, breath, energy work, and ritual.

About Your Facilitator: Lola specializes in activating the parasympathetic state through Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Lola’s roots are Indigenous to Central America, and her offerings are deeply inspired by the Earth-honoring traditions of her lineage. A lifelong practitioner of the holistic arts and yoga, she finds true joy in sharing healing practices that help others reconnect to their bodies, breath, and inner power. Lola strives to make an authentic connection with every person that she teaches and heals. She is a Reiki Master and is available for private Reiki sessions for emotional and physical relaxation. In addition to working with adults, Lola also loves teaching Yoga to kids. In her free time, Lola is training for her 1st Black Belt in Kung Fu and hunting for the best vegan spots in the city.
