We were lucky to have met Therese at our very first open house in October when we decided to start shopping for houses. We only chatted with her briefly but already loved her personality and felt like she really knew what she was doing. After reading her reviews online, we decided to give her a try and are so glad we did! From the first moment we contacted her, she was very responsive, available by text at any time, which was important to us as first time homebuyers and people who work too much. At our first meeting, Therese explained the current landscape of the San Francisco market, list price versus sold price, offer dates, disclosure packets, contingencies, and multiple offer situations which brought us up to speed on the pulse of the market. Coming from a medical background and being new to the game, we knew absolutely nothing about anything regarding real estate. She was very patient and thorough/educational with her responses no matter how trivial and numerous the questions were. Shortly thereafter, we met Therese's husband, Ed, who is also a Realtor. Ed was instrumental in viewing the condition of properties we liked, and then summarizing considerations and cost estimates for systems and other items that needed updating or replacing. When we viewed listings that were potential homes for us, they acted quickly to obtain disclosures packages, reviewing them thoroughly while providing valuable advice, which was essential to the process. Their opinions on what they thought homes would sell for were spot on! These two complement each other and bring different, but vital skill sets to the home buying transaction.

They are nice, but firm, as a few times they had to guide us back to our realistic price range since homes sell for so much over list price. We put in a new offer on a new house almost every week until we got one accepted. Ed & Therese were there for each one to give us their full attention and always on time!
