Through playful exercises and scene work, you’ll practice listening deeply, recognizing opportunities, and making choices that support and elevate your scene partners. You’ll discover how treating your partner’s ideas as valuable, giving them meaningful gifts, and responding with curiosity creates scenes that are more connected, surprising, and satisfying for both performers and audience.Paradoxically, when you stop trying to make yourself look good and instead focus on helping your partner succeed, everyone shines. Join us for an afternoon of building trust, strengthening ensemble, and creating the kind of scenes that only happen when we make each other better.We have community standards, a conflict process, and a COVID prevention policy in place. Agreement/acceptance of these policies is required to participate in BATS classes.
