Brought to you by Sutter Health and supported by Sports Basement, this class is open to all ages and experience levels. Move at your own pace, build strength and flexibility, and take time to slow down, recharge, and connect with nature.Classes are limited to 50 participants. RSVP to reserve your spot, bring your own yoga mat, and arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. A limited number of mats will also be available. In case of rain, class will move indoors to the Sports Basement Community Room. Participants who RSVP will be notified of any location changes or cancellations. Classes will alternate between two experienced yoga teachers, each offering a unique approach.
