I have been in Real Estate for over 25 years and I have helped many buyers and have flipped a few homes myself!We will tour a minimum of 4-5 properties primarily in San Francisco.We will learn about the strategies on how to find them and to maximize your investment.We will talk about ways that we can fund the loan. Have several sources.We will look at properties that are under 1.5 million dollars.Example A: Purchase property at $750,000. $130,000 for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $980,000. Profit $100,000.Example B: Purchase property at $1,000,000. $200,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $1,400,000. Profit $200,000.Example C: Purchase property at $1,400,000. $300,000 cost for remodeling, commissions, and closing. Sell at $2,000,000. Profit $300,000.We will meet first at my office at 1653 Irving Street at 10am. Tour should be done by 12pm. We could do Q&As for another hour after talking about the houses.Please note that you show up on time.
