This New Year’s Eve, we’re closing the book on the first 25 years of the century by turning back the clock and counting down to the future. Fade to Black is a celebration for those who remember the new millennium and still remember how to party like it’s 1999.

Featuring the Bay Area’s premier R&B band, Good Times Collective (GTC), hosted by FranBoogie and sounds by SMTH (Agent Smith), with food and drinks from Omakase Groups Michelin star food and drink programs (Niku, Omakase, Prelude, Dumpling Time, Live Sushi and more).

Set inside The Third Floor at The Jay Hotel, this elevated black-tie soirée spans two floors of curated experiences, bringing together the best of the last 25 years.

Think: 2 club rooms, 3 dancefloors, and 5 bars serving up cocktails, champagne, and more. Expect tray-passed bites, immersive spaces, and a soundtrack that spans 2001–2025, blending sonic nostalgia with award winning cuisine.
