Join flow artist and performer Lizzie Rose for Embodiment for Every Body, a powerful movement experience dedicated to finding joy, power, and healing within your own unique body.

This class is an invitation to move authentically and intuitively. Instead of focusing on technical steps or choreography, we draw on the principles of flow art and expressive movement to cultivate a deep connection between mind and body. The goal is simple: to feel good in your body and embody your genuine self.

We will focus on:

• Authentic Movement: Discovering your personal rhythm and expression without external judgment.
• Embodiment: Tapping into your internal landscape and expressing emotion through powerful, self-led movement.
• Reclaiming Space: Celebrating the body you have right now as the perfect vessel for dance.

As a curvier dancer, Lizzie Rose is dedicated to breaking the standard that movement is only for those who fit a certain stereotype. Joyful, powerful movement is for everyone. Whether you're a professional mover or someone new to dance, this is a welcoming space for all shapes, sizes, and abilities to connect with the profound, healing power of movement.
