With a BA in Music and training in yoga and somatic practices, she bridges ancient ways with present moment listening. Her offerings are trauma informed, community centered, and rooted in reverence, honoring Indigenous wisdom while meeting the modern world with care.Maryzelle is also a DJ and an active musician, playing in multiple bands throughout the Bay Area and bringing her love of rhythm and movement into every space she enters. She is the founder and owner of a wellness based practice offering cacao ceremonies, sound healing, curanderismo, breathwork, meditation, and other earth honoring modalities.
