As the year ends, many of us feel mentally cluttered, emotionally drained, or unsure about our next steps. The Third Eye - the chakra of intuition, clarity, inner vision, and truth - becomes clouded when we move too fast, ignore our inner calling, or carry unresolved emotions from the year.

This workshop is designed to help you clear that fog, reconnect with your inner guidance, and step into 2026 with a renewed sense of direction and trust.

This 2-hour workshop invites you into a safe, nurturing space to soften protective layers and reconnect with your innate ability to see and explore the paths and opportunities your life has to offer.

• One gentle Kundalini kriya to release stuck energy in the neck and along the spine
• Breathwork with vocal toning to activate expression and inner resonance
• A sacred cacao ceremony to open and soften the heart
• Deep rest with Reiki healing to balance the throat chakra and soothe the nervous system
• Journaling and an optional sharing circle to speak from the heart in a safe space

Lola’s roots are Indigenous to Central America, and her offerings are deeply inspired by the Earth-honoring traditions of her lineage. A lifelong practitioner of the holistic arts and yoga, she finds joy in creating spaces where others can heal, feel, and return to wholeness.

We call her a parasympathetic worshipper, devoted to the art of slowing down, soothing the nervous system, and creating sustainable self-healing.
In her free time, Lola is healing her own heart, training for her first Black Belt in Kung Fu, and always hunting for the best vegan spots in the city.
