Here’s how the weekend is designed:
✨ Saturday (Intro & Foundations)
Perfect for you if:
You can do a Tarzan whip and want to refine it while starting to explore whip-pop dynamics.
You’ve tried some basic Icarians and would like to build strong foundations to grow into bigger skills.
🔥 Sunday (Advanced Exploration)
Perfect for you if:
You already have experience with whip-pops and Icarians and are ready to dive deeper into advanced possibilities.
No matter which day you join (or both!), you’ll leave with new tools, inspiration, and plenty of play. 💫

☀️ What to Expect
On Saturday, we’ll build and refine your foundations with an intro/open-level workshop, focusing on drills to strengthen your technique in whip-pops and Icarians.
On Sunday, we’ll dive into more advanced content, taking your skills to the next level.
Schedule
📌 Saturday 15th | 10:30 – 1:00
Intro to Whipops
Refine your whip technique and begin your journey into the world of whip-pops!
Pre-reqs: Tarzan whip.
📌 Saturday 15th | 2:00 – 4:30
Icarian Flow
Learn different Icarians and weave them into a fun flow. We’ll focus on height, soft landings, and air awareness to lay the foundations for your Icarian journey.
Pre-reqs: Experience with pops, Icarian straight throw (throne to throne).
📌 Sunday 16th | 10:30 – 1:00
Whipops – Intermediate/Advanced
Build on your fundamentals to generate pendulums with efficient, high pops and safe landings. Then, spice it up with mid-air spins and base-generated rotations.
Pre-reqs: Tarzan to reverse throne (no spotter), Backwhip.
📌 Sunday 16th | 2:00 – 4:30
Icarian – Intermediate/Advanced
Take your Icarians to the next level with progressions for bigger tricks, plus solid spotting techniques to keep things safe.
Pre-reqs: Courvette, Castaway.

Pauli and Nacho are passionate, full-time world travelers who share their love for movement while connecting with communities around the globe.
Their practice focuses on clear, smooth execution and finding the “effortless range”, rather than just landing tricks. They especially love mixing whip-pops and Icarians and are now also exploring the possibilities of standing acro.
For them, Acro is much more than a physical practice — it’s a new way of interacting, communicating, and growing alongside amazing humans!
