The Luna duathlon starts with a 5-km run from Sto. Domingo Sur barangay covered court and passes in a counter clockwise direction along the farm-to-market road at barangays Suyo and Rimos 1, 2 and 3. The 20-km bike leg uses the same route but participants must complete 4 loops (Suyo-Rimos brgys loop) before returning to the starting area for the last 5-km run leg.

RACE RULES:
1. All runners must submit their medical certificate and registration forms before the start of the race. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT. Participants who are below 18 years of age shall require the signature of their parents or guardians in the liability waiver and registration form.
2. There will be no on-site registration.
3. No cash prizes, no loot bags and NO WHINING.
4. Support crews are only allowed at the officially designated area near the transition/start area.
5. Water station will be located at the transition area
6. Bike tire size should not be less than 1.95” diameter.
7. Participants are required to run along the left side of the road to allow bikers to pass at the right side. With this, bikers are required to ride along the right side of the road
8. Race bibs should be pinned at the front of the runner’s shirt and at the front of the handlebar prior to the start of the race. NO CHANGING OF BIKES DURING THE RACE.
9. If a participant withdraws from the race, he or she must contact the Race Director the soonest possible time.
10. All participants MUST MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE RACE. We assume that every participant is honest.
11. The Race Director reserve the right to modify race rules at any time for the benefit and welfare of the participants.
12. With all due respect, the Race Organizer’s and Director’s word is final.
