This immersive experience is designed to help you move beyond the noise of the mind, reconnect with your inner world, and access expanded states of awareness through energy movement, meditation, and quantum exploration.

We will begin by opening the body and energy field through guided Qi Gong led by a guest practitioner, helping you tap into a clear stream of life force energy and creating greater openness, grounding, and receptivity within the nervous system.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deep quantum meditation experience designed to transcend time and ordinary perception, creating a safe and expansive out-of-body journey — no psychedelics required. Through frequency, stillness, and intentional guidance, you’ll access heightened states of awareness, inner clarity, and deeper connection to self.

This workshop is an invitation into discovery — a portal into the unseen spaces within you that often hold insight, healing, and profound perspective. Connect with like-minded souls as we journey together beyond the familiar and into expanded consciousness.

Ashley Garcia - @air_and_ash
Ashley Garcia is a quantum healer, psychic channel, and teacher who has been guiding individuals through multidimensional healing and spiritual development since 2018. She has channeled hundreds of souls and multidimensional beings, introduced clients to their spirit guides, and teaches others how to access the Quantum Field and strengthen their intuitive abilities.

Certified in Frequency Alignment in 2019 and a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in 2025, Ashley is also the creator of Higher Self Portal, a transformational program devoted to embodiment of the deep soul-work, psychic expansion, and becoming your higher soul-self. The next Portal semester opens Fall 2026.

JAMUNA - @jamunajivanadas 
Jamuna is a former monk who studied Bhakti Yoga in India and has spent over a decade teaching yoga and Qigong. As a lead facilitator for numerous 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, he has mentored hundreds of instructors, emphasizing the profound connection between breath, movement, and self-awareness. Renowned for his compassionate and integrative approach, he skillfully blends traditional yogic philosophy with classical Qigong practices to create transformative experiences accessible to all levels. Jamuna continues to practice and teach yoga and Qigong, helping students cultivate greater balance, vitality, and inner connection.
