How long does it take to heal?This book inspired this gathering-- a chance to embody what we've learned about healing guided by Mystiika's expertise in EFT with a community who is dedicated to healing together.The Slow Down is a donation-based gathering designed for social impact professionals and communit caregivers. These events intend to help the helpers--learning how to extend the same care towards ourselves that we often give to our communities. The event will be held indoors at Nalu Healing Arts in Bay Park, San Diego. The event will begin by enjoying tea in the Salt Sanctuary, followed by a brief, reflective dialogue on the book What It Takes to Heal by Prentis Hemphill. You are welcome to join this event, even if you haven’t read the book. The discussion will be immediately followed by a 30-minute community EFT session. The event is donation based (suggested donation of $25), with a portion of donations supporting Spiritual Wellfare.For the event, it is recommended to bring with you: a yoga mat (or something to lay on) and layers to stay warm while you allow your body to relax.
