By intentionally changing the pattern of your breath, you create a physiological shift — one that can bring clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to yourself. This is an active practice. It isn’t passive relaxation — it’s a tool for real release.After breathwork, you’ll lie back as the sound bath begins. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and layered frequencies will fill the space, supporting integration and allowing the body to soften and settle. 🎶 Breathwork opens. Sound integrates.
