In this hands-on tasting workshop, we'll explore how and why chocolate tastes different depending on where in the world the cocoa beans were grown. You'll sample several different single-origin chocolates and learn how to pick up on the unique flavor notes in each. We'll also give you a breakdown of the entire bean-to-bar process so you can understand what gives each chocolate its character.

🚙 We kindly ask that if you take advantage of a free class, and if mobility allows, that you consider finding street parking on Altadena Ave and walk over, keeping our parking lot open. You can pop by our "Loading Zone" afterwards for easy parking-free loading!
