We warm you up with a workout on the lawn behind Cava, then you take over our brand new SWTHZ One Paseo studio so you can plunge and sauna together in our beautiful space.Think: less “workout class,” more “main character energy with your crew before brunch.”Also: first-come-first-serve opportunity to book* a 15 min session in our brand-new, super exclusive " more than redlight" Ammortal Chamber. Combining red and near-infrared light, pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF), molecular hydration, vibroacoustic sound and guided meditation, its a one-of-a-kind experience!
