Specialty Food Association’s Winter FancyFaire* 2026

Registration for the Specialty Food Association’s Winter FancyFaire* 2026 is open! The First industry event of the year, Winter FancyFaire* will offer proven models for brand-buyer connections alongside unstructured opportunities for networking and sampling, offsite community events, and local immersion. Starting Saturday through Monday, badge holders can sample and network across San Diego on the Campus Tasting Trail, where local restaurants and shops will feature gratis offerings featuring exhibitor products. Inside the Convention Center will be 700+ exhibitors from 31 countries, new activations including Spotlight Shoppe and First Taste Table, the 2026 sofi Awards Ceremony, three days of programming and chef demonstrations, and more. (Please note: this is a trade-only event. Registration is limited to qualified industry professionals.)
