Journal, creative write, crochet, air dry clay, paint your nails, braid bracelets, color with markers, watercolor, create a tarot spread or playlist, yoga flow. The time is 100% free of expectations or outcomes, and entirely focused on just allowing yourself the pleasure of creating-Some mats provided, but feel free to bring your own, as well as any blankets or chairs -Bring your own creative outlet -wear comfy clothes that you can stretch in
