This journey will be designed to bring you back to yourself while rooted in the heart of our growing farm community.We invite you to unroll your mat and join us for our root to rise community movement, a 75 min experience of community movement blending the wisdom of yogic practices with the healing vibrations of sound and somatic release.Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new to these modalities, this event offers a safe and nurturing space to release what no longer serves you and cultivate collective healing.What to Expect:🧘🏽‍♀️ Asana (movement)We will begin with a gentle, all-levels asana practice. Guided by Nati and Meesha, this slow-flow sequence is designed to wake up the body, release tension, and prepare the physical vessel for deeper work. Grounding our feet firmly into the earth, we will move in harmony.🌬️ Pranayama (conscious breath)To accompany our movement, we turn inward. You will be guided through specific pranayama (breath control) techniques to calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and center the mind. Learn simple techniques to take the peace of the farm home with you.🪘 Sound HealingLie back and surrender as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes wash over you.🌀 Collective HealingOur flow will be followed by an optional community sharing circle.
