This class is designed to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself as the morning unfolds over the ocean.The flow begins with a quick yang yoga warm-up to open the body and build heat, followed by a Pilates-inspired sculpt sequence focused on strength, tone, and confidence. We’ll then transition into calming yin yoga stretches to slow the nervous system and release tension.To close, you’ll be guided through intentional breathwork and a guided meditation, followed by a chakra-focused sound bath centered on root chakra for release and activation. We’ll finish with journaling and reflection so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.All levels are welcome.
