Join us on Saturday, December 13th for a community morning of movement, connection, and matcha at Embodied Truth + Power in North Park!

We’re offering FREE yoga classes all day on 12/13.

After class, stay for a cozy and delicious Matcha Pop-Up with Bella’s Cottage from 12:30–2:00 PM. Come sip, connect, and meet our growing community in a warm and welcoming space.

Whether you're brand new or already part of our studio family, this is a beautiful opportunity to experience our mental-health–focused movement classes and enjoy something special with the neighborhood.
