Get ready to drop into your body and out of your head through low impact feel good movement, deep stretch, floor work, self touch, and more. This class is a combination of yoga postures, active and passive stretches, toning exercises, ecstatic dance and modern dance. Infused with black lights, candles, rose petals, and soulful soundscapes your senses will be deliciously open as you tap into your most sensual self!
