Immerse yourself in a dynamic flow that will transport you to your Flowstate. All sessions have approximately 50 minutes of movement and 10 minutes of a sound savasana experience.Revel in the breathtaking oceanfront view while you embark on a 60-minute, dynamic vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a novice, everyone is welcome to join in! Each session will focus on transitions in movement, as we gaze out to the constant ebb and flow of the pacific ocean.What to bring: Mat, towel (or two! The cliffs can be a bit sandy, and a towel or blanket under your mat is highly suggested), layers, water and your pals! Even at sunset, a hat/sunglasses and sunscreen is also a great idea.Donations are graciously accepted at the event via Venmo (soulfishevents) or cash.*Free to RSVP- donations are accepted at the event. Limited spots available due to permit requirements, please pre-register. Email soulfishyoga@gmail.com with questions.
