This style combines sound healing and hypnotherapeutic techniques to guide the brain into alpha- theta states (just above sleep) where new neural pathways form easily, often turning relaxation into a transcendent experience. Depending on the size of the class, I may incorporate positive affirmations or subliminals to encourage anchoring in self-trust and safety.How does it work?We will ease you into a meditative state starting with herbal tea and time for reflection/journaling before we embark on a journey inward.All are welcome and no experience is necessary.
