HELD: A Postpartum Community

We gather to speak to what is tender, shifting, and emerging in the postpartum season ~ whether that looks like joy, grief, exhaustion, rage, love, or all of it at once. This circle is rooted in listening, presence, and shared humanity rather than fixing or advice-giving.

Come solo or with your little one; nursing, feeding, diaper changed and crying (you or baby) all welcome. Babes in arms welcome. (non- crawling infants only).
