Full Moon Breathwork

Under the luminous energy of the Full Moon, this Sacred Breath workshop with Tina Knight becomes a powerful ritual of release and renewal. Bathed in moonlight and intention, you will embark on a transformative inner journey guided by the wisdom of your own breath.

Tina will gently lead you through this sacred experience, inviting you to align with the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle. As the Full Moon illuminates what is ready to be seen, the group will engage in a deep, full-bodied breathing practice designed to clear emotional residue, dissolve limiting beliefs, and release what no longer serves your highest path.

Set to evocative, carefully curated music, your Breathwork Journey will ebb and flow like the tides—intensifying where transformation calls and softening where integration is needed. This is a space to shed, to awaken, and to reconnect with your inner radiance—emerging lighter, clearer, and aligned with the magic of the Full Moon.

Contraindications:

- Pregnancy (at any stage)

- Severe PTSD or trauma

- Actively using recreational drugs

- Taking any Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry, like anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, ADD, OCD medications, etc.

- Detached Retina

- Glaucoma

- Kidney disease

- High Blood Pressure

- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack, or stroke

- Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind

- All thyroid conditions

- Diabetes (any type)

- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss, but you must bring your inhaler to the session

- Epilepsy

- History of Seizures

- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric condition

- Severe psychosomatic disorders

- Recent surgery, stitches, or injury

- Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last ten years

- Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve the profound physical and emotional release
