Downtown Chess

Join us every Friday from 4:00 - 5:30pm for Chess in the 1st floor Mary Hollis Clark Conference Center, off of the main lobby of the San Diego Central Library.

Limited tables will be set up in the 1st floor MHC Conference Center off of the main lobby. Chess sets are provided but personal chess sets are allowed. Come by and practice playing in person instead of on phone apps. Please have at least a basic knowledge of moves as it is an in-person scrimmage and not a training class.
