Breathing and stretching are also great for a gentle and supportive somatic release. From there, we will transition to our workday, which will include mulching our orchards, weeding, transplanting our seedlings to kick off our growing season, and so much more. Be sure to bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and a hat. After that, we will enjoy a nutritious meal served by Dollar Lunch Club.
