Animal Flow is a bodyweight training system inspired by animal movements and designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Each class includes wrist mobilizations, animal locomotions, functional stretches, and dynamic flows that leave you feeling strong, open, and energized.
